Service and accounts

These terms cover the CYCLZ website, app, user accounts and available subscriptions. Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation or submit unlawful material. The app provides market-cycle and timing content; availability depends on the platform and your entitlement.

Core and optional add-ons

Core is the base subscription. US Market and Bitcoin are optional add-ons, with access determined by the purchases and entitlements shown in the app. Before purchasing, review the store purchase screen for the exact price, period, included content and renewal terms. Apple purchases follow Apple’s billing rules. Google Play purchases follow Google’s billing rules when offered. This page does not confirm that Android purchasing is currently available.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

A recurring store subscription renews according to the terms shown at purchase unless cancelled through the relevant Apple or Google Play subscription settings. Manage cancellation and refund requests through the store used for purchase, subject to its rules and applicable rights. Deleting a CYCLZ account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Contact support for app access or entitlement issues.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create a paid subscription. The first 50 registrants, including existing registrations in original registration order, will receive invitations to try CYCLZ free for 14 days when the app is ready, after eligibility is checked. The trial starts when the invitation is activated. There is no automatic charge or automatic paid subscription after this trial; continuing is optional. No confirmed launch date or invitation activation deadline is announced.

Market content and intellectual property

Content is general informational and educational market commentary, not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice or a recommendation to buy or sell an asset. Interpretations and targets do not guarantee results. You are responsible for your decisions and risk. CYCLZ branding, design and original content are owned by the operator or used with permission; access does not transfer ownership.

Availability and responsibility

The service may be updated or temporarily unavailable. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for trading losses or indirect losses arising from reliance on content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded. Updates are identified by the date on this page.
