This notice describes the CYCLZ launch waitlist, operated by the CYCLZ project team.

What we collect

When you join, we save your email address, registration date, your consent to launch emails, and your market preference if you choose to provide one. If you contact us, we save your email and message so the team can review your request.

How we use it

Your waitlist registration is used for CYCLZ launch updates and early-access opportunities. Contact messages are used to handle the request you submit. Joining is optional and does not commit you to a purchase.

Storage and access

Registration and contact records are stored using our website hosting infrastructure, provided through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Access to the list is restricted to the project administrator. We do not sell the waitlist or use it for third-party advertising.

Your choices

After a new registration, you receive a private management link on screen. Keep that link to update your market preference or remove your registration. Future launch emails will include an unsubscribe option. You can also send a privacy or removal request. We may need to verify your request before disclosing or changing personal information.

Retention

We retain waitlist records while operating the launch list, unless you remove your registration. If the launch list is discontinued, we will delete its records. Contact requests are retained while needed to address them.

Technical information

The site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process connection information to deliver and protect the site. We temporarily store a hashed network identifier to limit automated submissions; it expires after the hourly rate-limit window and is removed on a subsequent submission. Fonts are delivered by Google Fonts, which receives the connection information required to serve them. Administrator sign-in may use necessary authentication cookies.
