Information we handle

For the website waitlist, we save your email address, registration date, consent record and optional market preference. Support requests contain your email and message. App account information includes the information you provide to register and manage your account. Subscription information needed to manage access may include your selected Core plan, US Market and Bitcoin add-ons, store transaction references and entitlement status. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information to support.

How information is used

We use information to operate accounts, provide available app content, manage subscription access, handle support and deletion requests, protect the service and maintain the waitlist. Joining the waitlist is free and does not create an app account or paid subscription.

Stores and service providers

Purchases offered through Apple or, when available, Google Play are processed by the relevant store under its own privacy and billing terms. CYCLZ does not require you to provide full payment-card details to its support team. Website waitlist and support records are stored through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, with administrator access restricted. Service providers may process information needed to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell website waitlist information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to operate the relevant service and address requests. Account deletion requests are reviewed and carried out after appropriate verification. Account information and associated personal data are removed where applicable; limited records may be retained when needed for legal obligations, security or documenting the request. No fixed deletion processing period is promised. See the account deletion page for both in-app and external request options.

Waitlist choices and website technical information

Your private waitlist management link lets its holder update a preference or delete that waitlist record; keep it private. Launch emails include an unsubscribe option. If the waitlist is discontinued, its records are deleted. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting providers may process connection information; a temporary hashed network identifier limits submissions and is removed on a subsequent submission after the hourly limit window. Google Fonts receives connection information to deliver fonts. Administrator sign-in may use necessary authentication cookies.
